Mandarin songs catch-up

I haven’t update myself on the mandarin songs music arena since last winter. Today I finally managed to keep tab of my favourite artist’s latest release. Release date of Lee Hom latest album: Dec 2008, Date that I realised it: April 09. How slow is it for me?

A little bit of background intro for Lee Hom if you happen not to know him at all.

Wang Lee Hom, who is born in Rochester, New York is a multi awards winner in chinese music arena. This is the man with REAL talents, REAL graduate from America Williams College, and did I mention he plays fluently and comfortably with over 10 musical instruments which include piano, drums, guitar, bass, violin, vibraphone, erhu, xun etc. Mind boggling isn’t it? I saw with my own eyes he played at least 4 different instruments in a concert that I attended years ago. Fantastic performance! He wrote most of his songs and learned mandarin since age of 18 in America.

Below is the new MV from him. Love this song! Enjoy the music!

Funny Malaysian Advert

I read from a person’s blog mentioned about how Malaysian adverts are starting to catch up on Thai adverts trend: witty, funny and it got the message through.

A quick search on the Youtube didn’t actually yield much results, but this particular Maxis Advert caught my attention. Really like the idea behind this advert. Have a watch and tell me what you think.

inspirations?

As you might have noticed, I seldom update my blog lately. My time has been fully occupied by a lot of things recently.

Apart from travelling and photography work, I have been extremely busy with my job, and my future planning. The lack of inspiration and fatigue after work killed the joy of blogging.

I will try to resume the blogging activity in the near future, but don’t expect many words in here as I am a bit tired of writing one at the moment.

I think my blog will become a little bit more random and informal from this moment on, which is not necessary a bad thing, as I am not under pressure to produce a bang on article to attract more adverts.

Anyway, hope you have enjoyed reading my blog, I shall come back, perhaps after more readings and writing skills practices to produce a juicier blog.
